This product was recommended by my Sensei. He has been in martial arts his entire life and stated that this was the best product on the market for protection of his students. His belief is to keep his students in optimal health from injuries and that it serves no purpose for a student to have repeated head injuries/ concussions in order to get training in martial arts.
