Read Before Ordering: Most martial arts shoes run smaller then your normal tennis shoes. As a result it is a good practice to order a half to full size larger then what you would normally wear in a tennis shoe. For example: If you wear a size 9 tennis shoe, then you should order at least a 9.5. All of the shoes sizes on our site are in Men's sizes, except for children specific shoes which are in children's sizes. Women, as a rule of thumb you order one size smaller in a mens shoe then you would wear in a womens shoe. For example: You wear a womens size 7, you need a mens size 6, but the rule above applies to you as well, so you need to order at least a 6.5. The chart below is a standard shoe size chart and is for reference only. If you do not know your current shoe size, it will help you determine what it is. But remember, the size you get from the chart below is not the size you need to order. Order at least a half size larger. For best results follow the procedure outlined here that walks you through how to properly measure your foot to use with the chart. In the event that a half size is not available, order the next size up.

These shoes are great! But, I ordered a size bigger as suggested as they are to big! I would say a half size larger is plenty for most!
